Momentum from last season’s playoff appearance carries into a new campaign that tips off on the road before the home opener at the Tournament Capital Centre on November 14th against Regina.

Head coach Chad Jacobson sees a roster that blends experience with exciting new additions. Returning players bring playoff knowledge and a sharper sense of what it takes to succeed in the Canada West, while a strong recruiting class adds depth and energy across the lineup.

“I really like our group this year. We’ve got a lot of very competitive and motivated young men who are willing to put in the work to improve both as individuals and collectively as a team,” Jacobson said. “The returning players now have some playoff experience and understand what it takes to win in this league. Adding the recruiting class that we had this year I’m very excited to coach this team and hopefully we continue to build on the progress we made as a group last season.”

The schedule provides early challenges with road contests against Calgary and Mount Royal before fans get their first chance to see the team on home court in mid-November. With a competitive core and fresh talent pushing for minutes, expectations are high for the WolfPack to keep climbing in the Canada West standings.
