The Storm have stretched their win streak to ten, putting together one of the strongest runs in the league this season. The streak includes two wins over Quesnel along with victories against Sicamous, Osoyoos, Creston Valley, Chase, Castlegar, Williams Lake, a hard, physical battle with the reigning champion Grand Forks Border Bruins, and most recently a controlled finish over the 100 Mile House Wranglers. Every night has looked different, but the results have been consistent as the Storm continue to close out opponents in every style of game.

This surge has pushed them to 18-4-1 and strengthened their position at the very top of the standings as the league heads toward the Christmas break. The team now enters a four game stretch before the pause, highlighted by the annual Teddy Bear Toss on the sixth against Kelowna, the current leader of a deep and talented Bill Ohlhausen division. It will be one of the toughest tests during this run.

Offensively, Teghan Mullin and Luca D’Amore continue to drive the attack. Both sit at 34 points through 23 games, tying them for eighth in league scoring and anchoring a forward group that finds timely offence. On the blue line, Alex Schaub has delivered 16 points and sits tied for eighth among defencemen in league scoring. In goal, Brenner Fyfe leads the league in wins and has been a stabilizing force throughout the streak.

Ten straight wins have set a clear standard. The next four will shape how the Storm enter the break.
