Jonathan Rinaldi Signs Extension with Sporting Clube Vista Alegre

Rinaldi is staying put.

The Kamloops product has signed an extension with Sporting Clube Vista Alegre that will keep him with the Portuguese club through the 2026/27 season.

Rinaldi has continued to build his career overseas, and the new deal gives him another opportunity to establish himself with Vista Alegre heading into the upcoming campaign.

“I’m looking forward to having some stability, rejoining a great club with a good project. I’m hoping to bring my experience from last year to help build on a positive end of the year and help us push on for even better this year.” said Rinaldi when we spoke with him about the extension.

The extension is another step forward for Rinaldi, who has represented Kamloops throughout his playing career and continues to make his mark internationally.

With the 2026/27 season now on the horizon, Rinaldi will look to build on his time with Sporting Clube Vista Alegre and help the club push for success in the season ahead.

For Rinaldi, the message is clear, there is more to come in Portugal.
