NorthPaws Win Series in Ridgefield to Kick Off Road Trip

The Kamloops NorthPaws left Ridgefield, Washington with a series victory this week, going 2-1 against the Ridgefield Raptors in their first road trip of the 2026 West Coast League season.
Kamloops controlled game one on Tuesday, holding the Raptors to just three hits in a 7-3 victory. Kade Crawford was the offensive star, going deep twice including a three-run home run that gave the NorthPaws a comfortable cushion.
Wednesday's game was a back and forth affair that ultimately went Ridgefield's way. The Raptors rallied late and pulled out a 14-12 win to square the series heading into the deciding game.
Thursday's finale came down to the final inning. Kamloops found themselves trailing 7-6 entering the seventh before Elijah Olaybal stepped up with a two-run single that flipped the lead and ultimately sealed a 9-7 win and the series for the NorthPaws.
Kamloops now moves on to Wenatchee for the next stop on their road trip against the AppleSox.
