The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack Men and Women’s Volleyball teams head into the final weekend of the Canada West regular season with plenty on the line as they take on the University of Calgary Dinos.

The match up begins Friday night, with the rematch scheduled for Saturday, marking the last chance for both WolfPack squads to solidify their playoff positioning before the postseason begins.

For both teams, the margin for error is slim. The Canada West standings remain tightly packed, and every set, every point, could determine seeding and potential playoff hosting scenarios. A strong showing against a traditionally competitive Calgary program would give TRU valuable momentum heading into the most important part of the year.

The WolfPack have shown steady growth throughout the season, finding consistency down the stretch. Now, after months of conference play, the focus turns to finishing strong on this weekend.

Final weekends often carry extra emotion for veteran players, hoping to close out their final season with meaningful results.

With the postseason just around the corner, the matchups against the Dinos serve as more than just the final games on the calendar, they are an opportunity to sharpen systems, build confidence, and establish momentum before the playoffs begin.

After a long season, everything now comes down to one last weekend, and the WolfPack have their chance to make it count.
