The Kamloops Storm have made a notable move ahead of the stretch run, completing a trade with the Nelson Leafs that brings added experience to the lineup.
Kamloops has acquired forwards Quinn Ramsay (05) and Cale Nachai (05) from Nelson in exchange for Sean Milford (07), Emery Corpe (07), and Jack Day (07).
Ramsay and Nachai both join the Storm as older, experienced players who are expected to provide immediate impact. Their arrival adds depth and maturity to the Storm roster as the team continues to push forward this season.
In return, the Storm send three 2007-born players to the Leafs, giving Nelson an infusion of younger talent as they look toward the future. Milford, Corpe, and Day have all shown strong development potential and will look to take on expanded roles with their new club.
The trade reflects the Storm’s commitment to strengthening their group while balancing roster needs, with both teams addressing their respective short- and long-term goals moving forward.
