Kamloops product Norah Bell continues her rise after earning a call-up to the Canadian Women’s U20 National Team for an upcoming international camp in Costa Rica.

Bell, who developed through the Kamloops youth soccer system, has steadily progressed through the ranks and now finds herself representing Canada at one of the highest levels of youth international football.

The former Kamloops United FC player made her League1 BC debut four years ago when the club competed as Rivers FC, gaining valuable experience against top provincial competition. She returned to the squad again last summer, continuing to build momentum ahead of her transition to the NCAA.

Now a freshman at Arizona State, Bell made an immediate impact in her first collegiate season, appearing in 19 matches and establishing herself as a reliable presence in the lineup.

Her performances at both the club and collegiate levels have now been rewarded with selection to Canada Soccer’s Women’s U20 National Team, which will travel to El Coco, Costa Rica for an April training camp. The squad will take part in two international friendlies against Costa Rica as part of their preparation for the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup Poland 2026, scheduled to run from September 5 to 27.
