Seamus Bankier is set to represent Scotland on the international stage is the latest chapter in a lacrosse journey that began right here in Kamloops.
The Kamloops Venom standout has been selected to suit up for Team Scotland at the upcoming European Box Lacrosse Championships in Prague, Czech Republic, earning the chance to compete against some of the top players from across the continent. The tournament will take place from June 25 - July 4, 2026.
Bankier's selection is a testament to the work he has put into his game over the years, developing into a key contributor for the Venom while continuing to pursue opportunities beyond the local level.
